Processing Time All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–7 business days after purchase, depending on the product and production queue.
Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (US): 3–5 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (not currently offered)
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. If your package is lost, please contact us at betterwithdesign2024@gmail.com and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
