Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $70 within the United States. Orders under $70 will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
All products at Better With Design LLC are made to order and fulfilled through Printful. Please allow the following timeframes:
- Production time: 2–7 business days
- Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after production
Total delivery time is typically 5–12 business days from the date of your order. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all of our products are custom printed on demand just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selections, or change of mind.
However, we absolutely want you to be happy with your purchase! We accept returns or offer replacements in the following situations:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
If your order qualifies, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and work with you to make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.
